Pancakes with Ice Cream

– Flour – Eggs – Vanilla sugar – Salt – Milk – Vanilla Ice Cream – Oil – Powdered sugar – Whipped cream - Chocolate sauce - Chocolate sprinkles 

Step 1

Add flour, 2 eggs and one egg yolk, vanilla sugar, salt, and milk to your mixing bowl. Use the whisk attachment and mix the ingredients until smooth.

Step 2

Strain the dough through a close-meshed sieve and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Add a small amount of pancake batter to your pan and fry them until golden brown on both sides.

Step 4

Place the finished pancake on a serving plate.

Step 5

Fill with vanilla ice cream and fold up the pancake.

Step 6

Garnish with whipping cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Step 7

Drizzle with chocolate sauce and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
